This is Aruki Nagarane, whose name means "The sound as you walk."

The original design was by , who also provides Aruki's voice.

Her character item is coffee, which explains her color scheme.

You can't really tell because her eyes are kinda dark, but one pupil is supposed to be smaller than the other. It's supposed to show that she's a little crazy probably from all the coffee.
