This piece of art is based off my own short story that I had to write as an assignment in Lit Class. It's about a Japanese-American woman who visits her dog's grave after 3 years because the dog was killed trying to protect her and her family from being taken away to a Japanese internment camp during WWII. I don't know why I wrote something so depressing...T.T
